Your use of and purchase of products from this site is governed by the terms and conditions set out below. You can print the full terms and conditions by selecting the print option in the File menu of your browser. We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).

1. Despatch Policy. While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

2. Prices and VAT. The prices shown for the goods on this site are inclusive of UK VAT, unless specifically stated otherwise. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the delivery country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. Beautifulbonce.com cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

3. Colours. The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to variations of photographic reproduction and display monitors. We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce that of the physical products themselves.

4. Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

5. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

6. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

7. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

Order Cancellation:

• You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day following the delivery of the goods by contacting our Customer Services department by emailing customerservices@beautifulbonce.com or by post.

• Your right to cancel is on the basis that we will be able to re-sell the goods to another customer as new when you return them to us. If you have any questions about the goods or need help on deciding whether or not to keep them, please use the email contact Customer Services for more information.

• If the products have already been posted to you, you must return the products to us at the time of cancellation and we will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the products within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.

• We will refund the value of the goods upon receipt of them or exchange them if requested. The refunded amount will be that of the order less delivery cost.

• Please note that depending on the reason for return, we reserve the right to charge for the original postage.

• If you do not return the goods within 7 days from the day your cancellation is made, we will make an administrative charge of £30 in respect of the cost of recovering the goods.

• If you do not return the goods or fail to make them available for collection within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have rescinded your request to cancel and accepted the goods. You will be charged for your order at the price originally agreed as per our Terms and Conditions. Any administrative charges incurred shall be added to the total price of the order.

• Please use the original packaging to return a Product. Where this is not suitable, please use packaging of an equivalent quality. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product which you will be liable for.

• You must notify us of any shortage, damage or defect in the Product within a reasonable time frame or you will have been deemed to accept the Product. If the Product is found to be faulty or defective, then we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund where appropriate.

• If you return any products that don't comply with the above instructions we will return the product to you and make an administrative charge of £5.95 in respect of re-delivery cost.

Returns Policy:

We do accept goods back at beautifulbonce.com on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, for example GHD irons, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and we will not be accepted by our Returns Department.
